An internet retailer has a used FWB P34 available for $995. I have emailed other questions, but have not heard back yet.
Does this seem like a fair price? Are there any drawbacks to this gun?
Thanks in advance

It seems to me quite expensive for this model (unless it is in like new condition). Trigger is difficult to adjust. Painted parts (red or blue) fragile, prone to scratch.

Thanks for the input.
It is listed as 'LNIB'. Still no word from the retailer - Airguns of Arizona
Sounds like I should probably stick with my IZH-46M.

I would say $1000 for a P34 is a good price for a nice one in the US.

Almost any PCP gun under a $1000 that is in very good shape is a reasonable deal in North America. That said if you looked you probably could find an LP1 even in CO2 for around the same price and most would agree it vastly superior to the P34.

Nowhere's near in the same class of pistol. It's like comparing a a luxury call to a Ford Fiesta.
