replacement rubber for shooting jackets and pants

My old Anschutz pants needs new rubber gripping surfaces. I imagine the the sewing is pretty straightforward for a proper machine. Does anyone know where to buy the top grip rubber that is currently used for this application? TIA

I have a Mondard Jacket that worn rubber, so I went to our local canvas shop for the rubber. They couldn't find any rubber that was even similar, so I eventually got some from the Mondard dealer. The place that would have the capability of sewing these rubbers on would be a shoe repair store that can repair cowboy boots. The machine is capable of sewing the weird angles and the thick canvas.

Down here we can purchase off the Anschutz agent a kit already cut out to replace the anti slip rubber.
