When I put that to Pardini hear is the reply I got

>We don't recommend any specific ammunition brand, we test
>our pistols with many different brands and we had good results with
>Eley and Lapua/SK as well as with Fiocchi and RWS.

My wife's SP "Old" is very fond of Aguila subsonic, which also has the advantage of being relatively inexpensive. It's been very reliable, and is quite accurate in her pistol.

I don't know if there is a significant difference in ammo preference between the "Old" and the "New" SP's.

Try RWS Target Rifle or Jagd subsonic---I wouldn't try anything else--in fact when I bought my SP from Don Nygord he sent a brick of RWS along with it.

I agree to a certain extent with Bob. RWS has consistently been the best performer reliability wise in my SP. However, I also use Wolf (target match or match extra) with outstanding results.

For practice/training where expense is more important than ultra reliability, Aguila SV is a decent and inexpensive alternative.

Hi,

Do a search on my user name, I have written several posts regarding ammo for the Pardini's.

My old SP functions very reliably with Wolf Match Target & SKJagd Pistol Match ammo. A fellow shooter uses Aguilla SE standard velocity and swears by it. I thought it was a bit too greasy.
