Pistol Target requirements for height

I need to know how high should the targets for AP B40, FP B-17 and SP B-17 should be placed from the ground.

I don't know your US target designations but presuming that they are ISSF targets then the height of the target centre above the floor level of the firing point are:-

10m - 1.4m +/- 50mm
25m - 1.4m +/- 100mm
50m - 0.75m +/- 500mm

ISSF Rule 6.3.9 applies.
