I had a set of left hand grip smade for my IZH-46M by a gentleman of the name Steve Corcoran his web site is http://woodsandwateroutdoors.com/
I sent him a photocopy of my hand and the measurement across the middle, and I just got back a very pretty extremely comfortable set of lefy handed walnut grips.
these things fit like a love, and were not a lot of money.
If anyone is looking for a set of custom grips for their air pistol or rifle, you should check him out.
