Pardini trigger adjustment

A while back, someone posted directly, or linked to, notes from the late Don Nygord about adjusting the SP/HP trigger.

If I recall, the notes were a sort of "After you adjust the hell out of it yourself, these will get you back to basic factory specs.

Could someone please re-post those, or guide me to them?
