Grip removal for Pardini HPE?

To remove the grip from the HPE, is it necessary to remove the electronics first or do you just remove the one bolt?

You just remove the one bolt on the bottom. You can't remove the electronics, they are inside the body. The only thing inside the grip is the 2xAAA batteries.
