10M airpistol compensators allowed?

I was just reading the ISSF Pistol Specification Chart and noticed in the comments box it says that ported barrels and perforated barrel attachments are not allowed.
I was considering one for my pistol for NRA 10 meter matches.

I read it completely different:

Comments:
"May only be loaded with one (1) pellet.
Ported barrels and perforated barrel
attachments are allowed."

There is no "not" in that sentence.

Ah so, I reread it and you are right. How embarrassing. I guess should use my good reading glasses.
