New pistol
Hi Gang: I am still trying to pick between the CM22M,the AW-93 and the Walther GSP. I can't find much on the AW-93. I could really use some help on picking one of them. The only one I have seen is the GSP. I have heard some things on the CM22M, but nothing on the AW-93...
Hope someone can help.
Dave

Re: New pistol
Give some consideration to the Matchguns MG-2. Having acquired one of the last ones from Nygord Precision and shooting it a short while, its a fantastic gun. Several local shooters with AW-93, and IZH-35's have tried the MG-2 and were most impressed with the construction and the recoil.

Hi Dave,
There is so much information out there that it can really be confusing
The reason is, that all of it is a subjective opinion of the author, well meant but infulienced by his or her priorities.
To wy way of thinking, the recoil generated by any of the afore mentioned
pistols is not an issue.
My errors revolve around trigger control and I find that the AW93 has the
most suitable trigger with a fairly versitile range of adjustment
So I use the AW93. I have had competation experience with the Morini
CM22 and the Pardini SP, all or which are excellent pistols.
I could not fairly pick a top gun from these three but I like to use the AW
What ever you pick train lots, and dry fire and switch off from any other distractions and don't ever question your choice
Then you will achieve your potential

I would suggest that a reason behind their statement would have been more useful than 'steer clear', annonymous or not. People need reasons to make an informed decision not just a blanket statement. How about comments like reliability, support service, gun performance etc...Stan Pace wrote:Don't you just love it when "guests" come in and take a shot a something? I would pay a lot more attention to these people's opinions if they chose to identify themselves.
