Walther GSP

Post by Dave L »

Hi Gang:
Any bad news out there on the GPS ? I want to buy a new gun, and all I read is bad news, cracked frames, bad triggers etc. So far I haven't read any thing bad about the GSP.
Thr other one is the AW-93, but I have to mount a red dot on which ever I get. Thanks a lot

The GSP is a fine pistol. It has been discontinued, but there are plenty of them in circulation and support should not be aproblem for a long time.

My GSP goes bang everytime save for the ocaasional bad round. The one hiccup to your plan might be the weight, my GSP with a red dot is kind of heavy. I mounted the dot rearward so as to offset the already nose heavy balance. On the plus side, if you can deal with the weight, it hardly moves in the rapid and timed phases.
