Okay, so this finally became finalised this morning at 1130 our time. A local shooter, Frank Brophy, was granted a licence for a Toz-35, becoming the first shooter in 32 years to be given such a licence in the Republic.
So, hopefully by this time next year we'll have a nice, healthy target pistol community going.
