Dry firing Daisy 747 and Daisy 853
Is it OK to dry fire these guns by cycling the bolt and pulling the trigger or does it damage them?

On the 747 all you are doing when dry firing is opening a valve. Do it all day long and that is fine. As with anything mechanical I supose there is a small amount of wear but it is going to be very little. I dry fire them a bunch with no problems so far after a few years.
