AP five shot rapid air falling targets

I like this game and was thinking of making a homemade range.

Looking at the rules for the targets it gives and aperture specification of 30,0 mm but does not show this dimention on the diagram.

Can anyone explain to me what this Aperture dimention is for???

The rest of the specs are fairly easy to understand.

It's the hole in the middle of the black through which the shot has to pass to make the target fall.
