I suspect you may be selling items separately, what is the 54.30 asking and of the small bore ammo?

I know it's a PITA, but prices for each item would be helpful.

At this time we are looking to sell as a lot. If we decide to break the lot down we will list individual prices instead of the price for the lot.

What is "PITA?"
Hammer to shape, file to fit, paint to match...

PITA = Pain in the @$$.

Open questions:
1. How to handle FFL transfer for out-of-state buyer of 54.30 if buyer shows in-person to gather up all items?
2. Observation: the unique limiter here on "All as Lot," is the 'Boots-n-Suits' - size 42 feet & a medium.

Hope this helps.

1. No FFL needed if the buyer shows in person to pick up the gun.
2. I was posting All as Lot in hopes of a range/club possibly wanting to buy.
Hope this helps.

I do not believe this is true. If it is an across state border sale, an FFL in the new state has to log it in to the state.

I believe the out of state buyer in a FTF transfer can be the currier of the firearm to the FFL in the new state. (but check on that)

Depends on the state. In the good ol’ USA a private citizen can transfer (sell) their firearm without government interference as long as they do not knowingly sell to a prohibited person. In the nanny states a subject must get government approval to transfer their firearm and the buyer must comply as well if they are buying in that state or live in a different nanny state (with similar laws).

Better check the laws in your state and buyer should do the same.

I would think it difficult to sell the listed equipment to the normal club as budgets are tight. Hopefully you will find the exception. If not you might be able to help a lot of individuals get gear they need.

Shooterer, if one lives in a state where they are not allowed to purchase a firearm without state approval then yes, there would be paperwork required before transfer to a buyer living in the state with that requirement. Do not confuse federal laws requiring FFLs to “log” in firearms and requiring a purchaser to complete a 4473 to purchase the firearm. As a resident of SC there are numerous states where I can go and receive a firearm from the (private) owner without paperwork. Would I do a bit of research to make sure I wasn’t buying a stolen firearm; yes.
