Why do the Olympic targets say "Omega"?
Those are clearly SIUS targets but apparently they have huge stickers that say Omega on them. Omega doesn't even make shooting scoring systems.

Advertising for Omega watches. They provide timing systems for any event that time is used.

And like any other sporting event with a large following, I am sure Omega paid a considerable stipend to the IOC to have their name prominently displayed.

I hope Omega pulled there support after that Opening Ceremony fiasco yesterday. Many companies did.

Having been involved in a couple of Olympics and several Commonwealth Games, the sponsorship 'dressing' of the venues is quite exhaustive; going down from the venue itself to the athletes and anyone else appearing FOP.
Chech out photos of the targets at Olympics since 1996 - they are Sius targets but bear the timing sponsor's name.
