I am thinking about picking one of these up and just wondered if anyone had an idea of how many pellets a roll of witness tape gets approximately and where to buy in the US?

the usage of the witness paper is configurable - by setting the time (in milliseconds) the motor runs.

i have it set to 10 ms, so that the paper advances ~1cm after each shot.
with this setting ~70 shots is around 1 meter of paper.
a standard SIUS paper roll has 40 meters.
so it;s around 2800 shots per roll...for me. your millage may vary

Thanks for the info. I also found that Kruger US sells the witness paper here in the States. I ordered the Competition kit last night, looking forward to using it on my home basement range.
