I have a dozen or so cylinders that are leaking air when I put them on the rifles. Has anyone tackled this themselves? Is there a source for tools and seals? I have one T200 the rest are the S400 rifles

I've never done an Air Arms cylinder, but I've done a couple other brands.
I'm cheap, so I've just used tools and materials I have available, or make my own. The main risk is cosmetic damage, as long as you remove all air pressure before starting.

John, We just fixed my leaking T200 cylinder at the Josephville Gun Shop in Wentzville (near St. Louis). Talk to Shane the gunsmith and he can either fix the leak(s) or tell you about the special tool one of our shooters invented to get the air tanks apart. Also, I think Champions Choice has T200 air cylinders for $105. Bob

I have done a few T200. Degas them and clamp the tube in a vise. I use a pipe wrench on the ends and file or sand the marks off after I reassemble them. I would like to find the correct Oring size and material. I have just been using buna Orings from a general repair kit
