Centra sight base 10-50

Need some help please....

(1) Recently bought used (on this website) a Centra sight base 10-50 (see above link). I'm trying to change the click value to 4 clicks per MOA. Have ordered the necessary parts from Mark Trew in Pittsburgh and will have them shortly. Problem is, I've never done this before and don't want to mess my sight up. Nothing worse than someone who believes he knows the right way - but really doesn't. So....... has anyone had any experience doing this conversion? If so, I'd sure like to talk with you.

(2) There is a screw on the windage adjustment that is supposed to reduce backlash (free play). A small Teflon bearing is located immediately under the screw. I have no idea how this works or how to adjust it properly. Again, any help would be appreciated.
