I am looking for an airgun/rifle with an accuracy no more than 200yds. probably more like 100yds. I want to mount a scope on it. I need it for rats, squirrels, and other pests. A .22 cal. would probably be best. I may even do some hunting w/ it small game of course. Do you have any recommendations. I probably want spend more than $150.

There are very few air rifles that will have accuracy past 50 yards, let alone 100 yards.
Most of those will in turn be VERY expensive.
For $150 get a bolt action single shot or clip fed rimfire.
