We are wrapping up the season for the Potomac High School Rifle League. This year, for the first time, we had an adaptive shooter (SH-2) compete in the league as a regular member of one of the high school teams. I believe that this is the first time in the USA that an adaptive shooter has competed in a regular High School League. Does anyone know of any previous?

Before joining our program, Madison Champion shot with the JROTC team at her high school and competed at a championship at Camp Perry. I don't have more specifics than that, but in 2019 she got a gold medal at the USA Shooting JO Championship after leaving the high school team and joining Team Shooting Stars.
