I've spotted lots of problems and so have others. But from what I'm hearing the CMP rules committee has never been very open to suggestions.

But the CMP is obviously attempting to provide complete replacement of the NRA for Bullseye/2700.

It's depressing that over a thousand people will view a thread on rules and no one will respond.
Competitors should be familiar with the rules and rules are critical for well run competitions.
There's an unacceptable lack of care at the NRA (an email address is randomly inserted in the rulebook FFS) and the CMP seems similar.
