Florida Optometrist Recommendation

Post by lyoke2 »

Looking for an optometrist in Florida, preferably South or Southwest Florida, that would be familiar with shooting (smallbore rifle hopefully). If anyone has any recommendations I would appreciate it.

You don't need a shooting specialist. Once you run the optical math, the answer is that for smallbore rifle, you need +0.50 diopters added to your 'regular' distance prescription.

Naturally, my math is based on the assumption that your distance prescription is correct, but I've made a lot of lenses based on the theoretical math, and it works.
