Is it permissable to shoot non SAAMI ammunition at a bullseye contest, or are you limited to published ammunition

Shoot whatever you damn well please. Some ranges (not rules) don't allow magnums.

Well, you are correct, once again.

The NRA rule book used to deny the use of "Magnum" ammunition; but, the most recent NRA book makes no mention of the word "Magnum".

Next time I am squadded next to a brass thief, I will rethink the Magnum ammo issue.
