END of Morini cylinder recall

Post by pilkguns »

Morini has advised us the Cylinder recall is over.
The fault was found NOT to be in the materials. But an end user chemical cleaner.
Please the attachments for specifics.

Greetings,

A most fascinating read. Particularly the analysis report.

Got to start saving my money for a SEM.

By the way, Rover, it looks like someone spilled beer on the cylinder leading to the corrosion.

Cheers,

Dave

Any more information on what was the cleaning agent or source of the chlorine
that caused the corrosion ?
