Summary of The Psyche of the Shot (Sport Psychology)

Post by Ramon OP »

Hi all,

Here's the practical summary I've made of the book "The Psyche of the Shot: Sport Psychology and Competition" by Heinz Reinkemeier & Gaby Buhlmann. It is great to improve our competition mental game.

Looking forward to discuss the techniques in this book. I wholeheartedly recommend reading this book and hope that the summary will be helpful.

If you find it useful, please share it among your shooting friends :)

Hi Ramon - I quickly looked at it, the verbiage is very similar to the book - its an actual summary and not a book review. Please do check for copyright issues - better to stay out of trouble. Just my 2 cents

Santosh
