SCATT Solution

Does anyone know of an RS-232 to USB converter which will actually work to connect a SCATT Solution to a Windows 98 or Windows 10 operating system computer?

At work I use a Sabrent RS232 to USB adapter on Win 7 & 10 and it has been reliable.
But not with SCATT in particular

Desktop or laptop? If desktop and have no usb ports (to few), add a pc card to add more ports For Window 10, Its plug and play on install.
