My cylinder doesnt fill. It just leaks. Any solutions???

Did you check the O-Rings or gaskets for cracks, cuts, or chips on your adapter? You might want to try some silcon on the O-Ring it will extend the life of the O-Ring.

I did check the O-ring and no such cracks were found but yes the adapter was really in a bad shape but I have bought a new one but it still doesnt fill
Anyway thanks for taking interest and can you figure out any other solution.

: What kind of tank are you using to fill your cylinder? If you use a DIN valve, then one of the adaptors supplied with the LG300 will work. However, if you are using a standard scuba tank with a yoke adaptor to convert the tank to a DIN, then you will need a different adaptor that should have been sold with the rifle. The adaptor for the DIN has a flat plateu on the end that prevents a seal with the o ring. Otherwise, trying screwing the adaptor onto the tank first, then attaching the clyinder

The only other thing that I can think of is that the valve in your cylinder is defective. Do you have more then one cylinder and does it do the same thing?

Hi Andy,
DSJ and I shoot at the same club. He has another cylinder and that works.
This rifle has seen some heavy use as it used to belong to a National Squad shooter and I think it's time DSJ changed the o-rings and had a look at the valves.

John,
I can only sell the rifle within India. The price is Rs.60,000.00 (approx. US$ 1,200.00). I know it's very steep for a pre-owned 603 but because of our import laws, guns and ammo sell at a ridiculous premium.
Mind you, it's in excellent condition and hasn't seen much use (probably 200 shots) since it was serviced and had a new valve assembly, seals and o-rings. All thanks to Andy Bimrose for his detailed step by step instructions on servicing the rifle.
If by chance you are from India, then we can work out a deal. I have switched to pistol, so no longer need it.
