Any suggestions where I can get the best price on good match .22 ammo ?

"good" depends on the shooter. I can't out shoot Wolf Extra, but most shooters here have a X on their box.

As long as they know what they're doing in shipping it.

There's a certain major retailer who ships a case of ammo rather "loosely", and you can end up with a box of loose rounds and shattered boxes.

I'm still on the fence whether to slag them publicly - they did refund me my purchase price, but it was a pain in my ass, customer service was really laggy in response time, and in the end I'd rather just have a damn case of CCI shipped properly.

PS: It's not massammo. Always had a good experience with them.

The last I purchased was from Academy Sporting goods. They had aguilla on sale. Standard and subsonic. You could only purchase 10 boxes of fifty or a brick. The nice part was as long as it was over $25 shipping was free!!! No gouge for ORM shipment. I like that. I also live about 15 miles from Champion Shooters Supply. That helps a lot.

Go to the web and type Ammograb.com or Ammoseek.com and click on 22lr. Both have a lot that are from the same group but it doesn't hurt to look both places. Other than this, talk to all the Bullseye shooters that you know and someone will likely know about the best deal at the time.
