Fix for grip

I have adjustable grip on my free pistol with one bolt to hold palm support. Even when tightened, support pivots little bit around one bolt, changing adjustment. Did anybody come up with easy fix, that will allow adjustments? I was thinking putting something sticky or thin piece of sand paper between grip and support, but like to hear
about different ideas.
