I am ordering a new sling and hand stop for a rifle I picked up for my son to bump up to precision class. I was looking at the basic $18 hand stop at Champions' Choice, but they are out of stock. My question is will an Anschutz 6226 hand stop fit a Walther LG400 rail?

I want to verify because on many of the bipods and hand stop descriptions, CC states "fits most rails" which is not in the description for the Anschutz so I want to make sure there is not a difference in size.
Would this be a good choice for a new precision shooter? If it makes a difference I am looking at this left hand sling to go with it, but I am open to recomendations:

What about this one as a possible alternative: http://www.champchoice.com/store/Main.a ... em=CC3535L

Re: Anschutz\Walther Hand stop
The 'basic' one will fit. Its a good starter hand stop. I strongly discourage you from the big one. The one i really like is the mec/centra one. Its counterintuitive but smaller hurts less than bigger
Re: Anschutz\Walther Hand stop
What handstop did you find for the LG400 rail? I just started looking as well.
Thanks.
Thanks.
