Need recommendations on outfitting a new shooter

For what it is worth, we are holding one sporter match per month through at least April. 3 position, 30 shots. That is the format for now. The first match was 2 relays with 16 shooters. We want to grow this match in the interest of exposing more youth to relatively low cost shooting. There is an American Legion post in Jasper, IN that is holding a sporter match on Dec. 10 as well.

Just because there aren't many matches in the area, doesn't mean there can't be.
