Last week at a match my Ruger Mark III started to malfunction badly. After getting home and taking it apart, I discovered a broken firing pin rebound spring. I called Ruger Customer Support, and they sent me a replacement for free. Installed it tonight, and look forward to going to the range tomorrow and try it out.
The lady I spoke to was very helpful and pleasant. I though this was excellent customer support.

Its a pity then that Ruger will not support their Old Army .44 the same wäy.

David, no self respecting black powder shooter should own one of those anyway!David M wrote:Its a pity then that Ruger will not support their Old Army .44 the same wäy.
Re: Ruger Customer Support
The difference, I suppose, is that they're not making Old Army parts anymore. I phoned Ruger about a rear sight for my 1970s Blackhawk and they sent one free.
