I have been trying to contact TOPGUNS-AIRGUNS in Scottsdale, AZ with no luck. Anyone know what the problem is?

They are a mail-order business only. Maybe no one was home. Let us know what you find out.

Their voice mail is full and they don't respond to online messages. Are they a reputable business?

I just talked to the owner (Boris: nice guy). It is his son who runs the business now. He is presently in California, but will return tonight. (Ph.602 674-5309)

I will be meeting Boris on Mon. to pick up a sleeve of Green Label (7gr) JSB's (at a very nice price).

Thanks, I feel better now. I ordered something from them a while back. They cashed my check, but I haven't received the merchandise. This was my first business deal with them and I was starting to get a little jumpy.

I just got an e-mail from TopGun Air Gun with an apology about the delay regarding my order. Looking to get my merchandise soon.

Another plug for Top Gun ---- last year I talked with the son, very knowledgeable and helpful with a Tau 7 Jr valve/seat problem we were having. Maybe I was just lucky but I got him on the phone on my first try.

Still waiting on a reply. He e-mailed me 5 days ago (Jan. 16th) and said he would get back with me on Mon. or Tues. Still no word on my order and his voice mail is still full, so the phone call I made today wasn't successful.

Odd. Peter returned my call the same day (1/19) from the number above and I didn't even leave a message.

He called me from the SHOT show. I e-mailed him my shipping address that he said he lost. He is supposed to ship my order when he gets back.

I received my order from Top Gun Airguns. The merchandise made the trip without damage and the quality of the product is very good. Sometimes things fall through the cracks or get misplaced. I'm sure that this was an anomaly.
