I like the last comment on the article, including:-
"People who started with such guns, then moved onto PCPs are more likely to continue to own and shoot such guns.
Alas, the generation who grew up with PCPs are less likely."

The FWB65 was a competitive gun in it's time, but that was 30+ years ago.

Nice article
The FWB 65 made me a champion back then!
I remember when going to competitions, that was "the" only pistol that was used
As for rifle,there were other brands but most were FWB
I sometime look in the for sale section to see what deal I can find on a 65
One of these days I'm just going to do it and get one!

FWB65...that's why we called that time the good old days.
If I remember well the recors set with a FWB65 held for a very long time. Conclusion a good gun in very good hands.
