Hello shooters... Please send me an email if you are attending the Regional
so I can get you into the lineup.
Thanks,
Tony

I forgot to mention this Saturday’s International PTO — if you haven’t
tried International Rapid Fire with your iron sighted 22, you haven’t been
fully entertained — and, the following weekend’s two day extravaganza, the
Precision (Conventional) Pistol *Regional* Championships.

Saturday’s International competition includes those funky looking Free
Pistols — your iron-sight 22 is 100% legal, by the way — Standard Pistol —
again, that’s an iron-sight 22, nothing more — Centerfire — iron-sights and
up to 38 (gotta revolver? you’re in) — Rapid Fire — 22 again — and Air
Pistol — Ok, there you’re stuck if you don’t have one unless you wanna try a
soda straw. The skill set is almost identical to Bullseye (and L Match) with
just a little more “polish” in a couple of areas.

The two-day Bullseye (Precision / Conventional) Regional Championship
on 18-19 April is a two-day competition with the usual courses of fire for
22, centerfire and 45 caliber handguns, and includes team events — teams can
be formed “ad hoc” at the match so just let Don know you are interested —
Distinguished Revolver (bring your wheel gun) and EIC — bring your
iron-sighted 9mm or 45 ACP.
The turnout for the regional should be good so please register with Don
(donpla@msn.com) to be sure and have your name in the mix.
There will be lots of top shooters to watch, meet and compare notes
with — what other sport let’s you stand shoulder to shoulder with some of
the best in the world?

See you there! (I’ll be the one with the “a little better each time”
targets … I hope.)
