NOPTEL Sport II running with USB 3

Does anyone have Noptel Sport II running connected to USB 3? What did you have to do to make it work?

I've got mine running off both USB2.0 and USB3.0 ports on my laptop (not at the same time--but whichever port is free at the moment)

Here is how I got it up and running
