SCATT triggering?

Can anyone explain what the "triggering" reading on the scatt is? I have been told that 1.0 and under is good, but no one has explained what it really is. My daughter generally runs around 1.0 as an average with some strings as low as .7 and rarely going above 1.3. Since I don't really know what this reading is expressing, I don't know how to design a drill to work on improving it. Thanks!

I must admit that it is several years since I last used Scatt but I presume this is what we knew as the "column with no name", the one on the extreme right end side.

It was quite simply a measurement, in mm from memory, of the distance between where the gun was pointing when the system recorded the trigger release and the centre of the calculated shot hole.

We tended to refer to it as "trigger snatch". Smaller is better.

Thanks David. Yes, I was referring to the "column with no name". That answer makes sense. As such, it is a good reading on both how slow the hold is and if the shooter is anticipating the trigger release and as you said "snatching" the trigger. At first I thought is was a measurement of how far the hold was from the center of the 10 at release, but was seeing some small readings on shots that were not even 10s so I knew that could not be it. Thanks again!
