Stabilizer weight

Hello,
I have just purchased a stabilizer weight for my Anchutz 190. Is there a process for getting it adjusted correctly?

It is a bit complicated, and you will need someone to assist you.
My best advise is to get a good book on smallbore shooting that will take you step by step with illustrations. There are many good books, talk to someone like Carl at Champions Shooter Supply, or Neal at ISS.
