noptel optical shooting program question

I have Noptel, when i first installed the program, in sighting cycle, program was showing a yellow ring around the sighting area. This ring would become sort of oval based on sighting to COG. All of a sudden this ring disappeared. I can not find how to recover this ring.

Does anyone know what do i need to do to recover this feature?
