Will a Kimber 82G sight work on an Achiever/1451?

Hey guys.. I am picking up two kids' target guns for my daughters and am going to want to put target sights on them. One is an Achiever and the other is a 1451. As I understand it, they both have the Mark 2000 action. Does anyone know or can test if the rear sights that came with the Kimber 82G rifles from CMP will fit on them without bolt interference? I already have an 82G and could put the sights off of that on one of the rifles until I find some sights. I would rather not wait until I get the FFL to the seller and the rifles ship to me, as one daughter starts her 4H matches in less than three weeks so I won't have time to get a different sight after the rifles get here if the Kimber sight doesn't work. Thanks for any info you can provide!

As I recall (it's been about two years), that is what I did with my son's Achiever.
