I just bought a Norinco TT .22 that is supposed to be a copy of the Walther Olympia for a song. In the very least, it is worth what I paid for it as a plinker. I am curious if anyone here has any experience with this gun. Is it actually a copy of the Walther, or is it just a look-alike that will only ever be good for making cans dance? I can do a little work on the trigger - I don't think it will ever ever be crisp, but I think I can make it a decent rolloff. I want to know if it is worth the trouble of trying to work on it and making a red dot sight mount for it ( I am a machinist and can get some shop time for personal projects), or if I should just leave it as a fun gun.
Thanks
Roger
