I'm the chairman of a junior program at the only gun club in Phila. Holmesburg Fish & game. We offer the NRA/Winchester small bore program at no charge to any interested 12 to 18 year olds. We offer skeet/trap at 50% cost. We also offer shooting opportunities to outside youth groups at no charge for rifle and 50% discount for shotgun. Several of our instuctors are NRA certified and BSA merit badge counselors. Much of our funding is provided by FNRA grants and club donations. Juniors meet tuesday nights for rifle and Friday nights for shotgun. BSA and other youth organizations can contact me through the club, or reply here and we'll make arrangements.
