I have an IZH 46M for a while now and all the maintenance I've done on this gun is clean the bore with an airgun oil saturated swab.

What else do I need to do to keep this gun running?

Actually nothing other than lubing the pump arm joints and the seals. Its a super easy rebuild too, this to me puts her in a class by herself! Excellent user friendliness. Heres a link that has more links that show the rebuild process.
