Getting Started

Post by ScottyE »

Hi as you may have guessed I'm brand new to the sport and I don't even own a pistol yet. I'm looking for an inexpensive pistol (less than $1,000) for competition that wont hinder my performance. I was thinking about buying a used pistol to start with does anyone know a good place to find a used pistol? Also can you guys direct me toward some good information on the web or books to buy on the sport?

Thank you,

Scott

Check the Buy, Sell, Trade section here.

For low price I would look for a Pardini K58 or K60 air pistol or a Walther LGR air rifle.

Yes, I know you can buy fancier and more expensive, but right now you can't buy performance.

Contact Pilkingtons.
I got my used APs from them, and I am a VERY satisfied customer.
