trembling or recoil

Post by Tallahassee »

Recently I have looked and tried to control my front sight with all my might.

Even with my best hold, AFTER I shoot and hold for follow through, I have noticed my sight moved very, very slightly to one side.

Is this trembling or recoil? Should they be ignored?

I am shooting about 92-93 with this slight movement. Movement I see only if I look for it.

Please take a close look at the way you grip the pistol. You may have to modify the grip or change the way you position the pistol in your hand. The main problem with grip is that , for most of us , comprimises have to be made that cause strange reactions when the pistol fires. Developing a way to hold the pistol that reduces these comprimises will usually corect the problem you describe. Good Shooting Bill Horton

You're SUPPOSED to look for it.

Sounds like your grip may need a slight tweak.
